The green fluorescent microspheres are post-dyed from blank microspheres, with good monodispersity and uniform particle size. The green fluorescent dyes of the microspheres are embedded inside the microspheres and filled firmly. In addition, the green fluorescent microspheres has the characteristics of strong fluorescence intensity and lasting constant, which has obvious advantages for the development of quantitative detection reagents.
